I was offered a $699 discount on a new line (iPhone X) in Feb. I never received the discount. After at least 3 conversations with VZW reps (approx 3.5 hours total, with 1 being a chat conversation). I am finally considering cutting my losses and switching companies. The same thing happened when I bought my iPhone 7 ($700 discount). The last two conversations ended with the VZW rep stating the would be "elevated" and should show on my next bill. I've been with Verizon since about 2001, minus when I left the country for a few years. It is sad that I have to even deal with this. If you offer a discount, honor the agreement! Has anyone else had problems receiving their credit for this deal?
