I have a Moto X 2nd gen, and when I select the Automatic Time & Date and Automatic Timezone settings, the time gets set to 7 hours off. I have to manually set the time for it to be accurate.
That's strange Auklet53! Has this always been the case, or did this issue begin recently?
Thank you,

It has been the case since I unboxed the phone a little over a week ago. There's been a firmware update since then that I hoped would fix it, but no luck.
Let's see what can be done, Auklet53!
I'm not showing this as being a known issue of this device. Do you have any clock or alarm applications downloaded to the device?
Thank you,

I have One More Clock installed. It's a clock widget app. Nothing else.
Hmm, this is certainly odd Auklet53. Please un-install the app you mentioned. Then, check some settings please. Launch Settings>Location>Please make sure it's ON and test your clock in Automatic mode. If this does not help, go to More in Settings>Mobile Networks>Network Mode>LTE/CMDA (keep location On).

One note. I only seem to have this problem when I'm at work. So it appears that it is a single tower or group of towers in downtown Seattle that are affecting my clock.
I have un-installed the app. And I have tested my clock. No change.
I have changed my Prefered Network Type from Global to LTE/CDMA, and that has not corrected the issue.
Auklet53 we'll pinpoint the issue! What zip code do you work in? Do you have trouble indoors and outdoors?

I work in 98101. I've only checked on this indoors. It's pouring rain, so I don't think I mess with my settings outdoors today.

I completely understand! The area does look good to go. When you're at work, are you connected to WiFi at all? Do any other VZW customers have issues with time at your work location?
