Verizon is willing to let me have a new phone but for a price. The continued headaches from an upgrade which failed and being a longtime customer, I feel that I should get a free phone. Disqusted with Verizon and Motorola.
What kind of fee? If you mean by the Moto X 2013 or 2014 won't be updated to Marshmallow, that is all on Motorola not Verizon Wireless.
