After 2 or 3 days it corrects and works correctly. Not sure but seems to happen after automatic app updates. Took to Verizon, but it was working then and was told there was dirt in speaker. Took another time to another Verizon store and they just guessed it was either a software issue or something internally was starting to fail. Only suggestion was to back everything up and reboot back to original settings. Any ideas ?
My phone is my right arm, so I want to make sure that you are able to hear your callers consistently with every single call. It's certainly puzzling that it is happening intermittently, but I'm confident we can tackle this together. How long has this been happening? Typically, if the issue happens after an application update, it's likely related to a third party app. If this happens again in the future, I recommend placing the phone in safe mode to determine if the issue is still occurring. If it isn't, then it's likely related to an app on the phone that needs to be un-installed. Here are the steps for how to place your phone in safe mode: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-83017/.
