I called and was put in line y’all called back I was on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. I followed the directions but can’t get the widgets small again on my home screen

On the Moto Z Droid, please follow the steps here to edit the home screen and access widgets: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-205161/ . What size and type of widget you can get depends entirely on the applications that you have on the phone, so if a specific size/type is no longer available.
