Hi. My phone is not charging and I don't know if it is the phone or charger.  If I purchase a charger online and it does not fix the problem, can I return it to a store?  If it has to be sent back, is return shipping free?  In this day and age of COVID I am hoping that the return policy is more liberal.  Thanks.

Be cheaper to grab a usb cable and connect it to a computer to see if it charges.

Return policy is 14 days.   

Why buy from Verizon?   You can purchase a charging block and cable from almost anywhere that will work for your phone.
