Hi. My phone is not charging and I don't know if it is the phone or charger. If I purchase a charger online and it does not fix the problem, can I return it to a store? If it has to be sent back, is return shipping free? In this day and age of COVID I am hoping that the return policy is more liberal. Thanks.
