I have insurance on my Motorola Moto Z Force Droid phone. I dropped it and started a claim to replace it.
Asurion tells me my phone has been discontinued and the 2 replacement options are both on back-order. What is the point of having the insurance with $149 deductible if I can't even get a replacement right away?
I know how important it is to have a working device, TraciPry, and I regret to hear that your device options are on backorder with Asurion. Would you happen to have an older device that we may be able to help you activate in the interim?
