ok, I finally get an update notice to fix my phone. i rush home turn Wi-Fi on and update instantly fails. saying error code 409 and the 35b update isn't working........
what gives? I'm mere steps from canceling my contract and going elsewhere......I've never had this poor of quality elsewhere! my G3 was amazing before the kitkat to lollipop update. too expensive to get a new phone outright......cheaper to cancel the contract and go somewhere else!
I had this issue until I turned on Data for my phone. Apparently it doesn't work with wifi only. Once I disabeled wifi and turned on data it downloaded just fine.

I would be very sad to see you go duramaxman87. I know how important getting your phone completely up to date is. melzywi made an excellent suggestion. Lets give this update a try with wifi disabled. Do you experience the same errors without wifi?

I have the same problem. I tried turning WiFi off and it did not work. Update failed at 2% Error: 0x1111004
