i just discovered i am being charged monthly for over 3 years for caller filter on my home phone when its only an option for wireless devices - and cruddy reps would only wanna refund me for 6 months.
what a fraud this company is - Verizon is a fraud

Verizon has opted me in - without my connect - into the caller filter 3 years ago and i did not noticed it - while i "still" receive
"daily" spam calls.
Verizon just showing their ignorance by only be kind to refund me 6 months - i request all 3 years.
i need your assistance how i can report this fraud to the state and federal government.
