I'm sorry, but again, we've tried that. I did wait before reinstalling and
that had not fixed anything. No one app is causing this issue. All of my
apps are up to date and I certainly don't need you to explain tho be good
updates and computers work when I work with them for a living. I'm not an
idiot, I know how things work and I know how to troubleshoot. I will not
reset my phone again. I am a full time grad student on top of working full
time. I need a functioning phone and a reset again, which did not solve the
issue the first time, is not an option. Clearly you want to take the easy
way out and bland some random app. For the record, all of my apps are
official apps such as Fitbit, The Weather Channel, etc. that came from the
Google play store. I don't install apps from unknown authors. I guess my
phone will never be fixed and as soon as I can switch, we'll be switching
carriers. Thanks for no help, I've really appreciated your condescending
tone and lack of a solution Causing 3 when it's clear your lack of effort
solutions HAVE NOT worked.

Yes, I've have to do that for a while now and there is still no resolution
other than then telling me to repeatedly do a factory reset that will work
for a day or two and then we're back to it not working. They don't seem to
want to fix it no matter how many people say they're having the same issue.

They need to fix this issue with the phones! I thought it was my router, but then I had my friend sign in with her i-phone and had no problem with wifi! My tablet has no problem with wifi. As long as my Bluetooth is off I have no problem with wifi. Once my bluetooth is on it constantly looses connection with wifi. This is pissing me off. I am paying big bucks for this phone and want it to work properly. They need to stop messing with things. I think they do this so you will spend more money for a new phone. I got news for them. I am not buying another phone when all they have to do is remove the last update that caused the problem. So when we do our factory reset and go back to the way it was when it was new. Cause it works fine then. For a day then it automatically updates. This is BS!

I totally agree with you. For the amount of money they charge us for our
smartphones, they should at least work to their full capabilities, not be
neutered by some update that Verizon INSISTS isn't the problem. Clearly the
update is the issue because it is not just one person having the problem,
it's multiple people and we can't all have installed the same application,
whatever that is, that they say is causing the issue. Nor can it be that we
have all installed some sort of app that is causing our phones to go
haywire and not operate correctly. There is one common denominator here,
and it is the updates that Verizon pushed out to our phones. I truly do not
understand what is so complicated on their end, a problem has been widely
reported with your users, so fix it!

Gonzalez.Orianna lets get that amazing phone working again. How long have you been using the new ios? Are you having trouble with any other functions of your iPhone? Lets turn off your phone & eject your SIM card for at least 5 minutes to see if you can pick up cellular data again afterwards http://spr.ly/6585BKDpR
