I created a folder (by accident) that I can't remove the icons (apps) from...help. I also can't access the apps in the folder.
I can't remove or change anything. I want the apps, but I don't want the folder that was created because I was moving apps around and "bummed" into another app, which then created the folder.
We know it not fun spending your time trying to delete a file. Let's get you the access you need to delete that folder. What device do you have? What app did you want/try to add? Once we have this information we can start our troubleshooting.
