"Disconnected" widget appeared today...

Today a widget appeared that said "disconnected, to connect press here". I pressed it and it took me to my account usage info, etc. My phone is not disconnected and my bill is paid. I called VZW customer service and they said that it may be a software issue with my phone or was attached to some dowload because they didn't know. Any ideas?Thoughts? Help?

Let's get your widget connected again klowe1102! Can you please provide the name of the specific widget in question? Does the error occur again if you power cycle the phone? Ensure that you have the latest software version for your phone by tapping settings>about>software update. Keep us posted.
