[LG G2] - HOW CAN I FIX MY KNOCK ON GESTURE.

My phone has the exact same problems as Snooksa's, and no, starting it in

safe mode, and doing a hard restart does not work.

By just the same problems, I mean exactly the same, my phone Knocks off,

but does not knock on, and any app that does not rotate I can not log on

to, including my checking account. In addition i would not be able to

install any apps if the did not rotate, as the install button is at the top

of the screen, and the top of the screen seems to be the problem, however,

I can easily click on the clock, and the timeand the weather. What to

do???? And no negative guy, I did not drop my phone, and for the record a

franchisee does indeed share in the responsibility of selling defective

products regardless of the manufacturer (franchise law honey).

I just contacted LG by the # listed in the Warranty Information pampllet.

They stated that this is not a known issue which I found very suprising

based on the message boards. LG also will have you uncheck and recheck the

knock on box in gestures, in addition to doing a factory reset, which we

all know does not work. I have to return my phone to LG in Texas for

repairs, call them please so they are aware of the problem and can work on

it, the phone number to LG is (800)793-8896

Oh I wrote this little note to LG directly:

I have to say, the LG G2 is by far the best phone I've ever owned. I'm pretty tech-savy and I know good electronics! It's fast and multi-tasked. My concern is of this recent "Knock on" problem - it's soul purpose is to knock ON!  Off is no issue. I've read a good amount of posts of G2 owners having the exact same issue. Exactly the same issue. I can't understand how this gigantic amount of smartphones could all magically go "bad" all at the same time? Now I see that there is a bright and shiny new LG G3 coming out. The phone looks amazing, so please, use those brilliant LG skills of yours and correct this "BUG" that just seemed to crawl out of nowhere on the G2. You've obviously got the knowledge base to write the code that worked flawlessly before. Seriously, please. We'll upgrade to the G3 eventually, we promise.
