Can someone please give more detail on what the 13Q settings are? Where/how do I do this? My voice sounds HORRIBLE to others when I call them. This is only on the headset. When I switch to speakerphone it is absolutely fine.
My G2 has just started this problem in the last month. I found the settings which people were talking about under page 10 of this thread, however, calling the ##PROGRAM980 number gets me a Verizon error message that that service is unavailable.
The popping sound is going to drive me insane, and quickly. I can not complete calls comfortably with this.
Hoping this issue is still being resolved, or there is some resolution I haven't seen previously listed in this thread?
How long have you had your phone if it's not past the 14 day return window I would return for a new one) On the ground of interference with your calls
