My phones screen kept going black whenever I tries to use it so I went to the Verizon store to see if they could fix it. The guy did a hard reset and said everything would be fine, but all of my contacts and games are now gone. I got my contacts back but how do I get my games back. I had paid for several of them and would like to still have them.
If you sign into the phone using the same Gmail/Google account, open the Play Store > menu > my app. You will be able to see all the app that you have installed at some point or another. You might have to swipe the screen to the left to see the list.
