Keyboard jammed shut

Hi All,

My keyboard jammed so that it won't open more than about 1/4".  It is also 'floppier' than it was originally,  meaning the top & bottom can twist more than before.  Has anyone seen this before?  Is there a way to fix this?

This is the first I've heard of this happening on this device. Did debris get in the sliding mechanism? You can try compressed air.

Even if you get it open, you might want to consider getting a replacement, because the wobbly slider will probably get worse. Are you within 30 days of purchase? If so, you'll still get a new device. If not, you'll get a refurb.
