Is there a way to get the backup assistant onto this phone? So far, I'm not liking this phone. It is a replacement for my Samsung Rogue and not sure if I like it yet, since I've been trying for 3 hours to get to backup assistant
As far as I know, no way to get Backup Asst. on these phones. I took my old phone, and new Kin into a Verizon store, and they were able to transfer my contacts there (I also DID use backup asst. on my old phone, so my contact list is saved online). I had heard that some stores have the proper hardware to do transfers to the KIN's, and some don't, so it may be a crap shoot, but worth a try.
