Have you tried using the master reset button on the bottom of the Jetpack and then going for the update?
I just tried the reset and tried software update. Same problem.
After downloading, it reboots then it starts installation then it turns off.
I turn on the decice then it displays "there was problem updating.. "
The version is still 2.0.
Wow! I hope you can still use the device! Do call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 and complain so they have it on record about a new 6620L firmware update that doesn’t work. Good luck!
Agreed. Firmware updates are a fantastic reason to contact VZW support directly. If they cannot solve it for you over the phone then they will likely send you a replacement device. We typically see replacement devices for devices that are out of contract too, but you have to prove its firmware update related first.
