How do I find my password to my jetpack,it no longer comes up.

You can normally regain control using the Reset button. We need to know which Jetpack to be able to assist further. If necessary, you can call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 for assistance.

My jetpack is the ellipses.  It use to display the password but doesn't anymore.

Default passwords are often recorded on a label under the back cover or under the battery of the Jetpack.  If you have forgotten a custom password then reset the Jetpack to the defaults and use the default password to reconfigure it.

Please perform a Power Reset as described on pages 3 and 4 of the user manual. The next step would be to perform a Factory Reset which requires you to know the password. If you have forgotten the password or John's suggestion does not work then your only remaining option is to call Customer Service.
