why is my jetpack so slow and why is it shutting down by itself?
Hello collister83, we're concerned to learn that you're having issues with your Jetpack and we're here to help. How often is your Jetpack shutting down? When did the problem start? Please run three speed tests and share the results with us.
To run a speed test please do the following: 1. Go to www.google.com 2. Type ‘speed test’ 3. Click the blue button that reads ‘Run speed test’.
