One of four devices will not connect to the jetpack. It does not recognize any of the information details. How do I clear this so it will connect. The device is an ipad.

Try cleaning out the Wireless password your iPad has saved for the Jetpack and starting over again. if successful the iPad should prompt you to reenter the password when trying again.

If cleaning/removing/forgetting the wireless password on the iPad does not help the try to capture the error or warning message returned from the iPad after a failed connection.  This may be a clue we can use to suggest other options.

We've used the "forget this network" option and then hooking it up again with the password and that didn't work. The error message is "Incorrect password for "BPA2015".

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the confirmation.

Either the password you are entering truly is incorrect, the Jetpack is experiencing some kind of corruption or there is a incompatibility between your iPad and the Jetpack that is blocking your connection.

To rule out password entry issues review the WiFi current password setting on the Jetpack.  This should either be displayed on its control panel or on a sticker somewhere on the device.

To rule out some kind of temporary corruption on the Jetpack or a possible configuration change consider resetting your Jetpack to the defaults and trying again. There should be a Restore Defaults button somewhere on the Jetpack.  Its likely under the back cover or battery.  Press and hold the button for 15-20 seconds while powered on. The lights should flash and the device will reboot as confirmation the reset was successful. Try again from there.

To rule out an incompatibility issue consider switching the signal broadcasting from the Jetpack from 2.4 GHz to 5.0 GHz or the other way around.  Confirm the iPad can connect to other WiFi sources such as a smartphones hotspot service or a friend/neighbors network.
