On the second line of data displayed on the jetpack it shows the plan and the usage. Since I am the one paying for the plan, I already know what the plan is. It does not change, unless I change it.
Information that would be of more use to me would the balance remaining as well as the usage. Could this change be made. I track my usage daily in an attempt to keep from running over, which I have done in the past. It get expensive. Would anyone else find this helpful?

The last thing we want is for you to be going over your data. Are you able to send us an image of what you see on the screen? The device should show you how much of the 40GB's you have used.
