I live in a rural area where Verizon is the only ones that provide internet and the coverage map claims to have good service at my house. Well I have my phone and a jet pack thru them and device really terrible. Most the time I have 1X. I wanted a signal booster they don't offer one for a loaner during the duration of your contract. After I spend all this money with them then just want more instead of helping out their customers. Maybe time to switch to AT&T or sprint?
Jr1996, in order for a Network Extender to work, it needs to connect to high a speed home internet connection - do you have this at your residence?

Jr1966..….I have an extender and high speed internet. I was told by one of your retail stores that a new 5G phone would solve the problem. I realize now that was a "sales pitch" to convince me to upgrade my two phones. What is the REAL problem?
