I got my Smart TV to connect, but when I tested the connection, it says it is connected but then says download not available.  Why can I not open any of the apps on my smart TV?

That is rather strange. When you go into the settings for your internet, does it show you that the connection is on low data mode or anything of the like?

The duck setting was turned off. When I turned it on, then it worked. I got that off from the Visio TV help page

That was DHCP NOT DUCK
