I have an ellipsis jetpack out of data but I have money in my balance. How do I reset it

Your "account balance" is not sufficient to purchase the previous data plan, so the automatic part stops and waits for you to intervene. You can connect to the Jetpack: open a browser and the QuickAccess Broadband Portal ("Connect") should open. If you have setup MyVerizon and have those credentials you can click Connect and login, add more money and/or purchase a data plan. Otherwise, you can call Verizon Prepaid Customer Service (888) 294-6804 and follow the prompts. CSR's cannot help you add money, you have to do that yourself, but once you have a sufficient account balance you can speak to a CSR to purchase the desired data plan.
