How do I remove MAC filters?

On the Jetpack 890L, I know how to add MAC filters, but when I add filters, no other devices can connect. How do I open it back up to allow any devices to connect? Deleting the filters seems to cause it to not to allow anything to connect. Do I just need to wipeout the filters and do a factory reset to get back to square 1?
