How do I access the mobile broadband portal for Jetpack 5510l

myverizon account says to access the portal from my device if I want to add a credit card for purchasing additional data.  Can't see any way to do that from the my.jetpack page.

The Jetpack admin page (192.168.1.1) is only for local configuration of the Jetpack.  To make an account change, such as modifying your data plan, you need to create and sign into your myVZW account on Verizonwireless.com.

You can always talk to a chat rep, call VZW hotline or stop in to talk with a store rep too.

Thanks for reaching out to us rollingk. It's very important to have the data allowance you want now. Is that a prepay or post pay service? Are you accessing www.vzw.com/MyVerizon? Did you register for My Verizon before?
