Why is my Ellipsis® Jetpack® MHS900L so slow...only have a computer on it...nothing else. Bought the $40 3GB plan last Saturday and am hardly ever home to use it but when I do go to use it I get this from Speedtest...Ping is 75, download is .72 (and that is good compared to earlier tests) and upload is .10..that is it!

I have turned it on and off multiple times.
Not impressed for the $30 I spent on the device and the $40 for the month.
