If family in US calls us in Europe when we have Travelpass, does it count as international calling, or would it be free according to our current Verizon plans.

When someone located within the US makes a call to a US number, they are not charged for an international call, even if the person they are calling is currently located in Europe.

Thanks - I hadn't thought about it when we signed up for Travelpass. I didn't want my kids to get surprised.

Murt22, we hope the travels went well. rcschnoor provided some great information that appears to have resolved your concern. As mentioned the person in the U.S. can call other U.S. numbers traveling in another country at no additional cost. The phone actually traveling in the other country would need to have an international plan, such as TravelPass to cover the usage while roaming in another country. Does this help?
