I will be traveling to Paris and Barcelona and was wondering if I have to turn on data roaming before I leave the US, or can I turn it on and off while in Europe? Also, does using data roaming affect the data usage on my plan?
I would recommend either using WiFi or purchasing a prepaid SIM when you travel. Roaming will cost a fortune.
