Just letting anyone out there interested in buying the HTC m9 don't bother..we have 3 m9 on our account and there has been nothing but problems..my sister has had 3 m9 in the past few months with no problems being solved..they are dropped calls ..screen for going crazy without even touching it...voice mails not being received for days later...we even did a three way conversation with a Verizon specialist and an HTC specialist to find out they have severe software issues...we have had to clean out partions and factory resets..still having issues..so think twice about this phone...
Having a device that is running in top form is of the utmost importance. Do you have similar issues with your M9? What zip code is she located in?
