Whenever I receive an email or phone call the phone pronounces the name of the caller/messager. How do you disable this?

That would be in your settings. choose to get an alert sound or tone instead.

Where in the settings? This is embarrassing (or maybe not) but I have spent at least 30 minutes trying to disable this and cannot find any option anywhere in the phone settings.
