On my HTC Rezound i installed the leak 3.13.605.7 710RD. i was wondering if i will be able to have the OTA pushed or pulled (by going to settings> software update> check new) with this leack on it or am i going to have to install the RUU through recovery?????

No, afaik, the OTA will not install over a leak. You need to RUU.

Most likely this as the upgrade path is usually only from the previous OTA to the new one so any of the leaks won't see it. Make sure your locked or s-off (unlocked with HTC-dev won't work) and get the RUU from android police. It does wipe data though.

i went to verizon yester day and asked him if the rezound will get sense 4 and he said i dont see why not so maby it will come. but by then there will probably be a sense 5

The Rezound will get Sense 3.6 when it is upgraded to Android 4.0.3 (ICS).
