My thunderbolt had a systerms update this morning and since then all my calls going out and coming in go directly to speakerphone.. I have not added any new aps. I have taken the battery out and let it sit for a while and still happens. what is going on ??? and how do you fix this?
Try checking under call settings and see if hearing aid support got enabled during update.
