I can hear incoming calls just fine. My volume is not muted. I have restarted my phone. But when I call out, I am inaudible to the person on the other end. Any advice? Thanks.
ZB2736, that is a very odd situation that you have going on with your HTC Device. When did you notice that this started to happen? Is there any kind of physical/liquid damage to the device? If you put the phone on spearker phone, are you able to have a converstation? I would also recommend on powering the device down, remove the sim card for a good 15-30 seconds. After that, please place the sim card back into the phone and power it back up. Once it's on, please re-try making a phone call. I hope to hear back from you soon.
