I try to text the other line on my account and it says service blocked at destination, same if they try to text me, but we can text everyone else. There are NO blocks on either phone. Some one pls help!

I appreciate you bringing this to the attention of the forum. I understand how important it is to keep in touch with other lines on your account via text message. Can you please dial *22899 from your HTC Rhyme and then attempt to text the other line. Currently, you cannot block lines on the same account as you.
