With my old phone LG vx83000 All I had to do was plug the microSD card into the computer and put what I want into the folder. Simplicity at its best!
I took the microSD card out of the thunderbolt and don't see a place to put music, photos or videos at all.

I'm having the same problem. I have photos/videos but don't know how to save them onto my thunderbolt.

Just connect the TBolt to your PC as you would a regular external drive. Then add a separate folder for MP3s, photos, etc., and drag & drop your files to the appropriate folder. The TBolt will find those files.
