i was actually pretty suprised at my speeds. i hadn't run a test in a while, but i used to consistently get 20mbps. the ping has always been 90-100.

Ping -         86ms

Upload -     6.47Mbps

Download - 4.33Mbps

This particular test is above average, I typically average 2Mbps down and 3Mbps up. 

Seriously disappointed in Verizon.  In Utica, NY I averaged 25Mbps down 30Mbps up.
