My HTC One started giving me a toast notification yesterday stating "No APN specified on the device" and now I can't receive or send any MMS. I've tried resetting my phone, turning it off and pulling the sim out, manually resetting the APN, and now I'm at a loss of what to do and how it even started to have this problem. Anyone know a fix for this?

Thanks for trying so many steps already, delrustymar. Was the reset that you completed the hard reset http://vz.to/1gNytYv or just a soft reset http://vz.to/1gNyyLP? And what steps did you take to try to manually reset the APN? Are you able to access the internet with WiFi turned off?

Hi Jennifer! I only have tried a soft reset so far. With the APN, I went
into the settings and tried to set up a new APN by manually inputting the
name, etc. And yes I can access the Internet without WI-FI.
