With the new update, the My Verizon Mobile app finally works on the TB. But when you select the usage details, it comes up with "This functionality is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvienance." Is this something that will be fixed in another update or just will become available?
SoonerFan701,
Hi there! I have a Thunderbolt as well and have been able to use the 'Usage Details' link. Is this still an issue for you? Please advise.
Thank you and have a great day!
It just started working this last weekend. Dont know if there was some kind of update, but it did start working.
Thanks
I installed an update to My Verizon for Tablets yesterday and now I can no longer access the app. I see an error message "Your MDN could not be validated". I am using a 3g Xoom on a wifi network. I do not have 3G service for my device.
The app worked fine on wifi prior to the update.
Please post a fix.
Scott
Thank you to the community for the information provided.
The My Verizon application for Tablets will not work on Wi-Fi. This can only be used with a 3G connection. You may access your account the alternate way by logging on www.verizonwireless.com from your Tablet.
Thank you,
