After the update that I did not agree to happened. None of my messages will load up. This is frustrating. I cannot talk to my husband or my friends. Someone please help.
Check out the other discussions in this community. Others have had success turning off the screen timeout and plugging the phone into power to let the phone sit and process the reformatting of the older text messages.
