I have three lines on my account all of which are eligable to upgrade.

1 basic phone and 2 smart phones (a Thunderbolt and a Razr). I bought the phones off Craigslist so I didnt have to use my upgrade for anything.

However, I keep getting calls constantly from Verizon's Loyalty Department. I get calls maybe about 4 or 5 times a week. Give or take.

I dont have any reason to upgrade my phones and I love the plan that I currently am on.

But my question.. is there any way to really stop them from calling me? Or should I basically just block the number when they call?

I believe that if asked they would not call any longer.

Almost every company that has a sales group or deals with upselling anything has an opt-out option for receiving contact from them. You should contact customer care and specifically say that you want to "opt-out" of further communication. They may have an option for you.

Yes there is a way. When you call in state to the rep.

"I would like to opt out of all Verizon type marketing"

Usually all reps know how handle this except new ones they will opt you out of calls, texts, surveys, emails, and mail.

If the first rep doesn't know. He/she must be really new. Just call back and get a new rep.
