Every time I try to browse the internet or Facebook or any other Apps that require internet i lose connection or the connection goes in and out. I took my phone to Verizon over the weekend and they said there is nothing wrong with it and to file an insurance claim? I don't think a connectivity issue should require me to file a claim. I actually turned off my internet all together and used my WiFi connection at home and the phone works great but I don't always have access to WiFi. Is there anything else that can be done to fix this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Join the club? It's a really common issue that Verizon is happily ignoring for the time being. You can try to get a replacement if you explain the issue, but it probably won't help.
