The update that came on 11/21/2013 stated that there was an update to isis mobile wallet http://support.verizonwireless.com/dam/support/pdf/system_update/htc-one.pdf, However, i am not able to download it and even went to a store in Vacavillle, CA and after being rudely told i was reading it wrong they said well nothing i can do about it and said only the Max is supported. So can someone tell me why you said it updated isis on the HTC One, Not One MAX, but i cannot install it?

I'm sure you're interested in moving into the latest software version, KKierri. Lets ensure no third party applications are interferring with the software update. Could you please place the device in Safe Mode? http://vz.to/1geFuCZ. Are you running the software update on Wi-Fi or over the Verizon Wireless network?

I have exactly the same question. Even now after installing the update 1.10.605.15 Isis shows as incompatible with my One on Play Store.
A few weeks ago I called Customer Service several times about this issue. The most "useful" suggestion I could get was to wait two days after the update, which didn't work, of course. I ended up just quiting and waiting for Verizon to unlock the much better Google Wallet for us.

I have the same issue, tried the "boot to safe mode" and it did not help, but it did mess up my home screens when I rebooted normally, I now have missing shortcuts, etc., thank you very much! Good thing I have MyBackupPro to restore the home pages.

Not being able to use a certain application on your phone can be quite frustrating kkierii. I verified the HTC One is not yet comaptible with Isis mobile. At this time there is no information on when this device will become compatible to us Isis mobile wallet. However, please feel free to register for alerts on new products and services by clicking http://bit.ly/dDumph
Thank You,

So when Verizon came out and said they updated the phone for ISIS it was a lie? Your documentation states it was updated so can you explain why it wasn't?

We absolutely understand your concerns kkierii! When reviewing our release http://support.verizonwireless.com/dam/support/pdf/system_update/htc-one.pdf, it does state that an update was made to ISIS Mobile Wallet. However, this does not advise that usage/functionality is yet released for this application. Often times multiple updates are released to prepare a device for accessibility of a listed application. Currently, the HTC One Maxx would be the only HTC supported ISIS device at this time. We recommend monitoring http://bit.ly/n5snpq for any updates that may be applicable to your device, thanks!

I find this response simply ludicrous.
You mean to say that there was an update so that an app which was not supported on the phone is still not supported on the phone?
Why can't you simply state what really happened, that a misprint was made and correct the misprint?
When has an update release for a specific device EVER stated information for a modification which WAS NOT AVAILABLE on a phone either before OR after the update. You can't point to one because you don't do it.

I understand that is not the representative's fault, but this is just ridiculous. Not being enough with shoving Isis down our throats and stubbornly blocking Google Wallet, Verizon isn't even able to present precise information about Isis for a high end phone like the HTC One. What MatthewS can't say is that Isis is being such a fiasco, that even Verizon doesn't care about managing it effectively any more.
