HTC Rezound Update Issues

Hi! I downloaded the pre-ICS update last week and this week my phone has done the update for ICS. The problem is that it supposedly did this update twice. The first time was a few days ago, and then yesterday it did it again. Both updates said it was for 4.0 ICS. Both happened without my phone being turned off or touched. Still nothing has changed. I still run android 2.3 and Sense 3.5. Though under update status it says the update was successful. I tried restarting my phone, leaving my phone off for a while then turning it back on, and various other things and still nothing has changed. Also for the update, after I hit ok for the update to start nothing appeared to be happening.No downloading screen showed up or anything. Am I doing something wrong or is it my phone? Thank you!
