you seriously believe that htc is going to build an entirely different version of the One just to meet your made up spec sheet from verizon all because verizon wants the s4 (and droids) to outsell it?

It should be pointed out that the wifi calling feature is exclusive to T-Mobile.

I know, it's crazy talk - that'd be like Verizon removing the SD slot from the HTC Butterfly and calling it the DNA.

Oh, wait...

No, that would be like verizon removing the sd card from the butterfly and calling it the butterly.

That is funny I just went to http://www.htc.com/us and under all carriers there is no mention of wifi calling in any specs.

Do you have a link stating its only on TMobile? I cannot see having the phone crippled on the other carriers. Then again Verizon does that all the time.

That's because it's a feature that is specific to T-Mobile.  T-Mobile has this feature in several models of their phones.

Elector,

Wifi calling is allowed on most phones on the T-Mobile network. It is an option that has been around for about a year or so.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1680  yep as I have been reading. A shame all the other carriers don't have it.

According to the androidandme website, the $199 version will have 16GB.  This is news to me because HTZ was only making 32GB and a 64GB (exclusive to AT&T) versions.  And that website also says that Verizon will eventually have a 32GB version for $250.

Edit - the article has been updated and the above may not be the case.
