Facebook for HTC Sense and other noob questions

OK I will apologize for the noob questions here but I need help. I think or rather I know that Facebook for HTC Sense is installed on this Bolt but I have no idea how to get it to come up or how to use it. I need some help here folks and I am lacking in the technical know how about Android Devices to figure out how to do it. Can anyone direct a noob on where to go to figure out the Phone? I do not even know where the heck to find the manual for this awesome phone. HELP PLEASE!!!

Everything is within friends stream or whatever it's called.  There is also a widget for Friends Stream.  From there you should be able to figure out the rest.  It's either a tap or a tap and hold.
