Don't be in such a big hurry to get this update. Over on the S4 site those who updated to 4.3 are really complaining of messed up phones. Why risk it. My S4 is working just great so I'm  passing on this update for awhile to see if the problems ever get ironed out.

So far no issues with the update to 4.3, but Sense is still at 5.0, not 5.5

i've not noticed any issues with the last update. i think that issues Samsung owners are having are more to do with Touchwhiz than with the update itself.
