When I install Verizon Visual Voicemail, I get the error that my phone has visual voicemail funcationality built in, then prompts me to uninstall the VZW Visual Voicemail App. Anyone know how I can access visual voicemail on my HTC One?
Never mind, I found the version verizon pre-installed on the phone.

Wait. You're telling me that I have access VISUAL voicemail from my AUDIO-only phone app?! What's the point? How do I do it from your website? I can't see any app in the Playstore for VZW visual voice mail? I have a Samsung Note3 and recently learned that I was upgraded--without notification or permission--to Visual Voicemail. This caused my voicemail icon to disappear and my mailbox to fill up because the voicemail icon never appeared. This caused me to lose business because I never returned phone calls from two months ago!
