the fact that i have to set it to 1x just for the device to find the update makes me hesitant...lol. i see many people that had no issues before and now they do have issues....but not many that had issues, and are now fixed.

My HTC upgrade issue has been resolved. Since I just got the Thunderbolt I was able to send.it.back after talking to Verizon. I'm going to the darkside....iPhone.
I should get it tomorrow.

Just wanted to follow up that I performed a hard reset over the weekend.  Since then, the phone has been functioning better and GPS locks on every time.  We'll see if that remains the same.

Mine reboots off and on. And when I'm charging it does shut off. I have the new update. After it does this then when I go into a Verizon app like NFL mobile I have to log in to my Verizon profile before I can use the app. Ugh.
